Waterbury Disruptions from Water Damage

The Before Photo shows what can happen when groundwater floods the interior of a community center in the Waterbury area of CT. The water is, of course, wet, but it also carries contaminants such as pesticides, chemicals, possible sewage, and organic matter from the outside environment.
